for stations

A gas report built for the morning newsroom.

A short report you can read on air, or a segment you can air as delivered. You get it by text.

How your station gets it

  • Become a Maya member. Text hi to 888-751-MAYA. Today that needs a mobile number, a home or office address, and one vehicle in your Maya garage.
  • Text gas press and your city. The report comes back by text, then a link to the audio.
  • Reply daily to get it every morning, at an hour you pick between 4am and 11am local time.
  • Text gas press stop to end the daily delivery.

What you can count on, on air

  • The report names the best price and the station that has it.
  • The report never names the station with the worst price.
  • The report gives two prices, the best and the worst. It never blends prices into one figure.

What it costs

There is no fee. A report uses Maya points like any other request. Each delivered report uses 1 point.
